Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Jaspersspoox! Because many of our items — including custom tumblers, apparel, and 3D prints — are made to order, please review our shipping and processing times below before placing your order.

 

Processing Times

Most made-to-order items are produced and shipped within 5–7 business days. During holidays, special drops, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Items marked as ready-to-ship or blems typically ship within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, typically 3–7 business days within the United States. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

 

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. If you haven’t received tracking information within 10 business days of ordering, please reach out to us.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Jaspersspoox is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
